The launch-workshop of the ESEFA- project (Enterprise Systems Education For Africa) was held from 21.-23. September 2013 at the University of Cape Town (UCT). The participants were namely Stefan Weidner (OvGU), Patrick Wirz (OvGU), De Wet Naudé (SAP AG), Prof Lisa Seymour (UCT), Anjali Ramburn (UCT) und Gwamaka Mwalemba (UCT) as well as interested professors of the local university. Intention and occasion of the launch workshops were getting to know one of the project staff and the exchange of expectations on all sides. Furthermore the Department of information systems, the classrooms and the project office were visited and inspected. Moreover, the focus of attention was the curriculum design and development, the organization of the project-roll-out and the planning of the future cooperation.
