To ensure a high quality ES education, the University of Cape Town (UCT) as ESEFA-Centre endeavors to continuously evaluate and improve the course design. Since May 2015 a new version of the core curriculum of the ES Fundamentals for Business Short Course is available to students and lecturers of the ESEFA programme. The course comprises five core modules including a theoretical introduction to the respective discipline. The various case studies and exercises are based on the bicycle manufacturer Zambikes with the aim of providing a hands-on learning and teaching approach for students and lecturers.
