With a record attendance of more than 14,000 customers and partners from 80 countries around the world, this year's Fujitsu Forum ended at the 19th of November. The Fujitsu Lab Magdeburg was represented with an own booth and expert talks regarding the topic "Analytics for SAP Landscape Optimization". In direct conversations with customers, current research and use cases were discussed and cross-checked with actual, practical requirements. Such information is highly important in order to emphasize the features of future research. Using these insights, the Fujitsu Lab Magdeburg will be able to continuously transform research results into useful services with practical relevance. Experts from SAP UCC Magdeburg were also invited. Stefan Weidner, Executive Director SAP UCC Magdeburg, presented in a panel discussion on SAP Data Center Operations his view on the future of IT services. During the evening event, the Fujitsu Lab Magdeburg was glad to meet Tatsuya Tanaka, representative director and president of Fujitsu.
